  Awful! My 11month old boy went here for his first haircut and came home absolutely traumatized. Never going back. His ear had been cut with the machine, and haircut was completely botched; looks like a DIY job. I completely understand that young babies do not sit still very long hence I booked him in to a place that claims to specialise in young kids. With no entertainment/toys to keep the kids occupied this place is probably worse than trying to do it yourself at home. Waited 15mins for a 3min haircut; wouldve happily paid double the price for a decent service. This place is a joke. Dont take your children here.
